At the Annual General Meeting the Officers are elected for a yearly term and Committee are elected for a three year term. To serve on Committee you must have been a paid up member of the Club for one year and as an Officer for a period of two years . We are fortunate in that we generally have little turnover in Committee members which means we maintain the stability of the Club

Fee: £8 per year (£15 per year for overseas members) This fee covers all members of the same family or, where a dog is owned in partnership, both/all partners. In order to have the right to vote at Meetings of the Club or to claim trophies at shows, all members of the family/partnership must be included on this form, must sign the form and their names must be shown in the membership list
Our members are sent copies of our magazine in summer and winter, are offered reduced entry fees for our shows and concessions to any seminars or health testing sessions we run
Memberships can be via Paypal or BACs
Applications must be supported by two people who are members of the Club however if you do not know anyone who is a member you will be asked to give some information about your experience/interest in the breed for consideration
Please note that when applying for or renewing membership you are agreeing to abide by the Club’s Rules and Regulations and also by the Code of Ethics. The EASBTC encourages all its members to act responsibly towards the breed and will investigate any instance of members not adhering to the Rules and Regulations or the Code of Ethics. This may result in withdrawal of membership
